So I'd like to contribute a title called "Flight Check Fighters" (011301622945), and I think I know the cover art rules but wanted to check.

The slipcover that holds the two keep cases has the UPC above.

The keep case cover art is the same for the front cover, but differs for the back cover. Each back cover has a separate UPC and pictures / text reflecting the aircraft covered.

Since this isn't a box set (??) I think I'm supposed to use the slip cover art for all front and back artwork.

Excepting the one obviously done by the Luftwaffe for the ME-262, the film(s) which make up this instructional series were all done by the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC, later renamed the Army Air Forces).

Timeless Media Group had nothing to do with the "movie" other than the telecine and of course making / distributing the DVD.

I'm not sure any of the sections / chapters have end credits, but I'll keep checking.

How do I credit the US Army as having made the original film?

During the war Ronald Reagan served in the film production unit of the USAAC / Army Air Forces and both acted in and narrated training films such as "Recognition of the Japanese Zero Fighter" and "Beyond the Line of Duty".

I recognize his voice as narrating part of the P-47 segment, even though he is not credited.

How do I go about crediting him as one of the narrators?

I'm also a bit in the dark about what to use as the production year for this instructional feature.

The parent profile would use the cover art from the slip cover where as the child profiles would use the cover art from each individual keep case.

Could not find a link that provided me info on all flight training segments.

The first disc has some segments that are color, and another that is B/W.

Just select "Mixed" in formats?

More questions:

With each child profile being part of a box set ...

Is the containing profile (which is just the slip case itself) the only one that gets the "slip case" checkbox? Or do the child profiles also get the check box?

Does the main / containing profile, which is nothing but the cover, get an indication of "keep case" because all the child profiles are keep cases, or is this blank?

Parent: Slip Case
Children: Keep Case
