It'd be great to be able to get an email notification when someone votes No on a contribution, much like when you get a Private Message.

It would be beneficial if the no vote was in error, or based on insufficient notes.  I hardly get any no votes, so when I do it's usually either because the voter was wrong or because I made a mistake.  Either way if I would have been alerted to it I could have saved myself and others time by dealing with the issue earlier.  Not a huge deal, but seems like it'd be something easy to implement, and of course it could be optional to the member in their settings.

I would like to see a different color when a contribution gets a NO voter.
Perhaps Yellow, like Caution on a traffic light.

I'd vote for the same handling as PMs - Banner when logging in and mail notification! - Even if the vote is yes, I'd like to be informed this way, if the voter left a message.

The contributions page already shows the number of yes and no votes per contribution. 

Yes, but if you have a large number of contributions pending , it is hard to pinpoint those which have No votes.
What is suggested, if I understood, is to have another tab on top, e.g.:

All | Accepted/Released | Declined | Pending Review | With No Vote(s)

I would like that too.

This additional tab would help, indeed. But only for persons continiously contributing will see this tab.

For persons who contribute only once and then, a more aggressive mark - like the banner we get for private messages - would be less easy to be overlooked...

If we get an addition tab "Contributions with No Votes", I'd wish a second tab "Contributions with voter comments"...
