I have found myself many times  over the years ( 14 years now!! (or nine since 2007 changeover  )  wondering (as I am profiling my data)  Just how much time i spend updating???  .. arranging., deleting /adding discs - I buy or sell ..
constantly looking for missing data ... , & looking for ideas to submit for voting ..

Just how much time do you spend with your collection?? . .Do you consider it a hobby  ?  or just a passive pastime with your PC??  updating and keeping it ALL in order.. this DVD Profiler /  Invelos Software ..

Thanks again Ken !  for my favorite desktop item !!

I'm reluctant to say. Take this weekend Friday to Monday for Memorial Holiday. I've watched, cataloged, streamed for info, updated profiles, checked common name threads, for probably 30 hours. To much? I have gotten out of the house twice to a video store and once to a High School Graduation.

and just so everyone knows why I don't go out much after work, check out this site http://heyjackass.com/

30 hours is not out of line for me either .. so 4 hours (plus)  could be the answer ..

that's 30 hours in 2 1/2 days.  On a regular week I guess I average about 30-40 hours.

It varies, but it's almost always more than 4 hours on any given week.

On average probably 12 to 15 hours per week. So I couldn't answer your pole.

As much time as necessary. Usually a couple of minutes.
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

Wow, lot of work being done. IDK, I maybe open the program once a day but only for a few minutes. Just curious, for those averaging like 2 hours a day (and far more), what are you updating?

I don't work with it daily, but when I find something to update and spend time researching the CLT and Forums for Common Naming, I can easily spend 10-12 hours on that.

I can't disclose the amount of time I recently invested in my data base, common names, birth years and headshots: I would have to sign up at a psychiatric ward, if my wife wouldn't kill me before
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)

I used to spend hours a week updating my profile, but over the last year or two I spend as little time as possible
