I just got a new replacement phone as my old Samsung Galaxy s6 died recently. On the new phone I just downloaded the DVD Profiler app, and trying to download my collection. However it seems to get stuck at various points downloading the images. I have a large collection (about 3000 or so titles) and the app worked fine on my old phone. Any help here would be appreciated.
