Hi,
While updating the database on my tablet I saw the "0 connected" message at the bottom of the desktop Profiler screen.  I assumed the transfer had failed but I was distracted and when I returned the transfer was proceeding.  I suspect that, previously when seeing this message, I assumed the transfer had failed and restarted the process.  My hope is that after seeing the subject line anyone who experiences this will be advised.
