Does anyone know how to sync up a Blu-ray disc with an .srt Subtitle file?

I ask only because there is a movie I want to buy as an import Blu-ray (Icelandic audio track), and every release out there offers no English subtitles. After several years of waiting, I'm strongly doubting it will ever obtain a release with English subs included.

There are English .srt subtitle files out there for the film, and which are supposedly synced to the Blu-ray FPS, so is it possible to load/play them with the existing Blu-ray disc?

It's easy to load .srt files in VLC player/MPC-HC (and similar players) while playing video files, but can you somehow do it with an actual Blu-ray disc? I'm sure there is a way, but I honestly have no idea how to accomplish it.

If you are using something like DVDFab Passkey or AnyDVD so that you can access the files on the disc, use Windows Explorer to Open the BD drive. Under the BDMV folder, you will see a STREAM folder. Inside the STREAM folder, you will see a bunch of .m2ts files. The main movie file is usually the largest one, and is likely the one that the .SRT file is synchronized to. Use VLC player to play that .m2ts file, and you might get lucky.
Thanks for your support.

Okay, thanks! I do have both Passkey and AnyDVD, so I'll try that and see if it works.
