For the last couple of days the Invelos website and DB could not be contacted.
Since a couple of hours the site is back again, but nothing is mentioned on the forum regarding this 'down-time' nor could I found anything about it elsewhere.

Does anyone know what happened?

It seems they were affected by the power outage that resulted from the storm system that hit Virginia.  It's good to see the power is back on and hopefully the Coles' weathered the storm OK.

Ah, that explains a lot!
Thanks for the info.

I really hope no one has been killed or hurt in any way by that storm.

Yeah, would have been nice to have just a little post from Ken or someone else from Invelos about what happened.

But glad to see it back.

That is quite sad to hear.

I hope that the counter won't go up.

The news stations are reporting nine deaths so far, including two children, and ~1M still without power.  I've seen reports that as many as 2.1M were originally affected.

I didn't even had the slightest idea that it was/is that bad.
All those people, trapped inside their houses without power and so many iinjured and dead.

I sure hope all these people will get the right help they need.

P.S. I have seen the footage of the NBC News site, but saw many above ground power-lines got damaged.
Can't they put them underground, so that these power outages can be brought back to a minimum in the future?
