| Posted: | | | | Is anyone else having trouble getting the trailers to play in profiler. I first noticed this a good week ago. All I get is a black box.
I tried the usual... - Repair Database - Restart the Program - Restart the CPU | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | If you are talking about local trailers mine is working fine.
Usually when they stop working, the trailers are no longer in the same directory as they were when originally set; or the program association to play them is not working correctly; or the Tools/Options/Utilities/My Links Launch Programs... is pointing to the wrong place or program.
I hope this helps. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | Am having same problem as Addicted for several days now. Tried repair and reboots to no avail. Also attempted to insert a fresh trailer link from youtube, but it wouldn't play in DVDP black window either. Complained to DVDP but no response. |
