I purchased a couple of DVDs at the Dollar Tree that have 4 titles  in a case. For example "4 Comedy Greats". These are 4 separate DVDs in one case.  I am sure they are closed out inventory as the cover has 2 or 3 new upc stickers over the original upc. When I get down to the original upc  some of these sets do not come up in the database despite the fact that some of the sets are copyright 2011 and the movies contained in the set go back even further into the 1990's.

2 questions:

1. I have to enter them either by title or by scanning the discs and that is fine. But I want to have them part of the  title of the box set and nest them together. I can not figure out how to nest them. Ultimately I would like to update the database with cover art and details but the amount of work to do this is tedious as you can not copy a whole profile and add it to a new profile with a different upc

2. . Many times I come a cross  a repackaged older disc with  or without updated cover artwork and a new upc.  Is there any way to edit an existing profile  but just edit the upc? That would make it a lot easier to update the database.

Edit the parent profile, click Box Set Contents, add the child profiles.

Sure you can! From the main menu, DVD/Copy and DVD/Paste.

I got so far as  being able to do most of what I wanted to do but can not figure out how to make the 4 discs in a box set "Child"ren. of the main title.  If I copy and paste details each disc wipes out the previous and so there is only one disc's detail. I would think that that I could have the details of each disc available when the box set is selected from the database. Fox example Main title is "4 Comedy Greats" When that is selected the cover comes up. then underneath the title would be the 4 profiles of the discs in that selection. the details would be available. As it is. I have to have 4 separate entries for the details with no collection number .
