| Posted: | | | | Have you tried sorting your collection by release date then purchase date to try and find the title(s) that have a date of 0/0/000? |

| Posted: | | | | I have been using "View Columns" to make sure there were no open spaces, no 0/0/0000 anywhere.I even invented dates where they were missing. To no avail!!! |

I do not live in the US, I worked for many years as the top I18N specialist in one of the worlds largest software comany - and even I get it wrong now and then. Open a support ticket specifying the exact format not working, and it might even get fixed.... unless other things have higher priority. | | | Regards Lars |

he won't be able to open a support ticket since he isn't a paying user.. Oh well, then I guess a forum post is all that can be done - The current post will probaboly not do much good, as it does not contian any details on which format gives the problem. | | | Regards Lars |

| Posted: | | | | I had the same problem recently (except in my case it was 0000-00-00), and I just could not find the offending profile. I had to restore a fairly recent backup and re-add the titles I had entered after the last backup. Repeat 100 times: "Backup is my friend" | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | without backup, you're up a creek without a paddle (so to speak)
I suppose it is good that people are having issues backing up, at least the new users are using the backup feature instead of just complaining that they lost all their hard work. |

| Posted: | | | | I've seen one other case of this where the date was somehow entered into an event (loaned, watched, etc). I've added trapping for this in the next release, but the only way to correct this in the current version is to find the offending entry. You can narrow it down by flagging half your collection and backing up the flagged entries. Split the erroring half until you locate the bad profile. In this way, narrowing down to a single bad DVD out of 3000 will take up to 12 tries. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

Very simpel to solve using Your method. There it was: Loan To/View History/DVD History:5/6/2007 Watched by me--And then one more entry:0/0/0000 Watched by me---- I want my mother!!!--I have tried to solve this problem for the last 3 weeks! So now I´m back to dd/mm/yyyy.Thanks a lot Ken for a very good program. lyneren |
