My collection is also alphabetised and this is filed under "W", but it's more a question of what the title should be for the profile.

Additionally, the US Blu-ray release (UPC 031398227861) has the title The VVitch with the longer title in the Original title field. I'm asking because I want to change the title on the UK release from The Witch to match the cover.

My comment about filing this under "W' is about personal preference, but I want the title to match the cover in my database and the DVD Profiler database.

As the search looks at sort titles as well as assigned titles, it isn't a problem if it does have the VVitch title and sorted under "W". Like you said, entering "wit" in the search box would locate it if it has the sort title "The Witch".

It does not matter what the VV represents. No different then..

Or any other stylized typing of the title. We take the title from the front cover as it is on the front cover. If it can be typed on a standard keyboard that is what we use. And the history of the letter means absolutely nothing... . not when it comes to what we contribute to the online database.
