 | | Posted: |  |  |  |  |  |  | I'm just wondering if anyone else has suffered the same problem I have:
 I Sync my whole database with the Android App on my phone, successfully (which takes a ong time with over 10000 profiles to sync!) and use the App without problem for a week or even a month. Then suddenly, for no discernible reason, I'll open the App and, despite it still knowing I have N thousand 'owned titles' etc, when I open up each section (owned, ordered, wishlist) they are all blank containing no profiles and I have to sync again.
 Of course it always happens at the least convenient time (I enter a shop and want to check what I own and, even though everything was working before I left the house, when I open the App in the shop, all the data is gone).
 
 Am I alone? If it occasionally happens to other people, does anyone know why?

 | | Posted: |  |  |  |  |  |  | The issue is most likely related to the application not handling the cache or internal database optimally, especially with large volumes of data. |
