Hello sorry for the late response. When I refresh the online list button, I have to use the ctrl button otherwise it doesn't work. When I have done this I see this... access violation at address 00404204 in module dvdpro.exe read of address 0000005c. this keeps coming back when I download the profile list again. I have also repaired DVD profiler database and it keeps coming back. thanks.Patrick

I forwarded the error message to DVDprofiler but still received a response. My problem is... if I download my profile list together with Ctrl, otherwise it won't work, I see that it downloads parts 1 to 10.
