1/The Dutch/ Belgian DVD of Hollywood aan de Schelde (EAN 9789461-876034)
*The Belgian website of dvdinfo.be mentions a DD5.1
*My Sony (350S) blu-ray player mentions a PCM 48Khz
*Macgo WP and VLC mentions a LPCM 2.0 stereo
2/The French BD of Häxan: The Esoteric Cut on kickstarter (New contribution and pending for approval, by disc id)
*The kickstarter website mentions a DD5.1
*My blu-ray player says DD 2/0, which is supposedly a stereo audiotrack
*Macgo WP mentions an A52 (aka AC3) with 2 channels (stereo)
Which is for both now the correct audiotrack to be contributed?

| | Posted: | | | | The format of the audio track that's actually on the disc (as established by hardware or software players, and/or software like DVD Decrypter and BDinfo) trumps whatever information is given at websites like dvdinfo.be or Kickstarter. So from what you're telling us, your first example seems like a PCM stereo track, while your second example seems like a Dolby Digital stereo track. |
