profiles not showing up on Iphone app

I've synched my app various times, even deleted the database but the profile and child profiles of the Noir collection are not showing up, they're not adult profiles or anything, they just don't show up, any idea why ?

I see those profiles in your online. By chance did you accidentally set "Hide in online private listing" in personalize?
