It's possible, since we have to build the online DB from the ground up, that not all your titles are "in system" yet. Perhaps?
I know that yesterday evening I - along with a bunch of others - basically submitted our entire collections as "New Titles" to populate the new DB.
Heck, I've got over 500 updates today, since 11pm last night! |

Did the flag all -> contribute flagged, and just kept hitting the contribute button  But after the server errors its getting too slow, have to contribute the rest later.... |
