I just completed the profiler for the 1977 movie rollercoaster, and I have a question concerning the writing credits.

Tommy Cook wrote the book, so he gets credited for Original material by.
Richard Levinson and William Link wrote the screenplay, sot they get screenwriter credit.

Sanford Sheldon, Richard Levinson and Willliam Wink wrote the story based on Tommy Cook's book. Is it correct to list these 3 persons with Original material by also ???

How are they credited?  My first impulse is to credit them as 'writers'.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Thanks for the credits.  Based on that, I change my initial impulse and agree with James and Tigi.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
