Grand Prix: Two Disc Special Edition.

At the beginning of the movie there's credits for the racing drivers.

Racing Drivers
Driver 1 Name
Driver 2 Name
Etc.

Then the end credits have the cast but it doesn't repeat the drivers names.  The current profile has the drivers names at the end of the cast.  My question is, is this the right way or should the opening credit have the priority.  IMO it should be done like this.

Racing Drivers (Divider)
Name 1
Name 2
Etc
Cast (Divider)
Cast list as credited

I'm pretty sure I'll end up doing it my way and not contribute since it's gonna turn into yet another 40 pages debate but I was compelled to ask

Edit: For those who don't know about F1 in the 60's, these racing drivers are not stunts, they are the real drivers of the time.  The production followed the F1 circus and shot scenes of real F1 races.

There's a line in the rules that states:
"If a film has actors listed in the opening credits, which are not listed in the end credits, add these to the list in DVD Profiler before those taken from the end credits."

Does that cover this situation or not? I don't have this film, so not sure how the credits work.

Edit: just seen your edit! In that case it sounds like a judgement call. If you believe the racing drivers should be classed as actors, then they go to the top, otherwise at the end. My opinion anyway

Well you got me there Northbloke.  I didn't check the rules before posting and I didn't remember this line at all.

Some would argue that they're not actors but since they're credited..........

Thanks.  Looks I will contribute after all

Grammar Lady-type question for the next iteration of "The Rules":  Shouldn't it be "credits, who are not listed" instead of "credits, which are not listed.?  I think for people (actors in this case) it shold be who where for things it should be which.

I agree with northbloke that this is cover the rules, as you suggested you do it Touti.

I think trying to draw a line between who is and who is not an actor is a grey area that is full of problems - and as they are credited they should definitely be included.

'Which' is referring to the credits that are not listed, not the actors in them.

Now you're assuming here that we class actors as real people...

'Which' is referring to the credits that are not listed, not the actors in them.

I don't think so.  The complete line is, "If a film has actors listed in the opening credits, which are not listed in the end credits, add these to the list in DVD Profiler before those taken from the end credits."  The predicate nominative in the sentence is "actors."  "Listed in the opening credits" modifies "actors."  So, "which," the subject of the second clause must refer to "actors."  The sentence would make no sense at all if "which" referred to the credits and not the actors.  [Boy, talk about sentence parsing...]
