| | Posted: | | | | Covers aren't showing up for a number of my DVDs on my online profile. I understand that it can take a while for stuff to show up if the DVD is a new contribution or if an entry needs to be approved by the powers that be, but a bunch of the titles not displaying covers are older releases that were already in the database. Any ideas? Thanks! |

I browsed your collection and did find 3 titles that had no pictures:
Untraceable 043396-259492
The Usual Suspects 027616-922526
Vacancy 043396-211889
but it doesn't appear that the upc attached to these are in the database (i didn't check in the program, i checked through the profile link page)

If you can confirm that the UPCs are correct and the DVDs are a normal release, I can see no problem with you submitting them to the online database yourself. just make sure you explain where the info has come from (Profiler 2.x) in your notes. |

| | Posted: | | | | The UPCs I have are different from those found on the database, so when I entered the movies into my collection I used the UPCs found on the database, but then changed them to match the numbers I had that were physically on the dvd back cover. When I saved the info, the little window popped up asking me to submit the changes to the database, which if memory serves I did NOT do. So with that, plus the info you guys have given me, makes me believe that therein lays the problem. Thanks for all the help gang! |

| | Posted: | | | | In that case, your DVDs are not in the database yet. You could contribute them, but make sure you read and understand the Contribution Rules first. And also state (in your Contribution Notes) where you got the info from, especially Cast and Crew Credits. Good luck, DrumrBoy!  |
