Hi.
It doesn't happen all the time.  I'm not sure what triggers it.
Close program. Get an 'program crashed, do you want to send report window'. Send report, program closes, get a runtime error 1044 (?? - not sure of the number)

Any insight appreciated.

It could be helpful to have some informations concerning your operating system and the profiler version!

Just a shot in the mist:

- Try another layout
- Disable Plugins
- Repair Database
- Check background tasks, e.g. antivirus, firewall etc.

OK: standard default layout.
Same plugins as previous version. Why issue now? after x years of use?
Database repair done
No issues previous with AV or firewall (AVG and Online Armour)

one thing you could check is that none of the files are locked. I had a problem which was caused because my backup program had locked one of the database files which it had tried to backup overnight. No error appeared within the program - only after I had loaded my collection to the online database.

I resolved it just by restarting my backup program.
