| Posted: | | | | When I try to "Refresh Updated Profiles" it goes through scanning images, but then just sits there until I finally hit the cancel button. Any ideas? |

| Posted: | | | | I am having this same problem. It just started today (4/18/2010). I also tried Refesh Online Profile List and, while the dialog flashes very quickly, it appears that the operation fails (I see a red X next to the download operation just before it disappears).
Since I've been successful in these operations before and I'm connected to the internet (posting this from the same PC as DVD Profiler) I'm guessing something is messed up on the Invelos side. Maybe the server is down? |

| Posted: | | | | If it stops at the end of the loading bar and nothing happens, try a database. This helped in many cases.
Extras -> Options -> Utilities -> Database repair
Then try the profile update again. |

| Posted: | | | | If the profile refresh stops at 100%, that is a known error after upgrading to the latest version.
Just perform a database repair. After the repair, it works again. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | I started experiencing the same problem on 4/18/2010. Had no problem connecting to Internet or Invelos. Ran Database repair, no luck, ran Troubleshooting guide, no luck. The only way I was able to get rid of the problem was to re-install DVDProfiler. So if none of the other solutions work, back up your database then re-install. |

Did you use the uninstall program and remove all traces of DVDP folders and databases before the reinstall?
