Start the program, select "Owned", click the first movie and then "Details".  Once you have the profile displayed on your screen, use the "Down" button on your PDA to go from movie to movie. When moving out of a profile that has more tabs than can be displayed (small arrows appear on the bottom right corner), before the next profile is displayed its front cover appears briefly

I get the same. It's not on all profiles. I thought, like the cover display issue, that maybe it was related to R1 and non R1. But eventually it did it on some R1 titles as well.

I have a Garmin iQue M5 with Windows Mobile 2003 2nd edition.

I would be surprised if this was an issue with the PDA or the version of windows because it's very regular behavior.  ajm says it's not on all profiles for him but for me it is, and scrolling up or down makes no difference.  Anytime a profiles has Notes and/or E.Eggs it does it.

I have found a little "layout" bug.

In the Cast/Crew Information the headline have two rows:

Person x...............
.....................Title

I think each line is important on a PDA. It could be better.

In the Collection List there is only one line (this is ok).

I search for long names without finding one, but it is ok.    I have a suggestion to use the area better.    Make it so: 
Name........^
Title..........v

With the Up/Down buttons, change to the next cast/crew member like than the pc version.

Only a little job for a programmer, but a big advance for the user.
