how can i solve this problem?

DVD Profiler for iOS uses the free version and if you installed the Pro version, it will not work. In either case, uninstall pic2shop and try again. | | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

Installed the pic2shop out of dvdp app (its the free one, i think)
Uninstalling the app didn´t work at all, dvdp app still hangs
Think i must uninstall dvdp app - unfortunately my trensfered data are then gone, aren´t they..? |

Hold down the "Sleep/Wake" button for about 5 seconds and "slide to power off". After your iOS device powers off, hit the "sleep/wake" button again and the Apple logo will appear and reboot the device. When it starts up again, see if you can launch DVD Profiler for iOS. If it still hangs, you may have to uninstall in and reinstall. If you have a current backup of the PC desktop version of Profiler, you shouldn't lose any data. | | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

So i reinstalled the dvdp app and now i sync with my pc program. that will last again several hours because i ve got 900 dvds and i got only a 3G connection
