DVD Profiler for iOS uses the free version and if you installed the Pro version, it will not work. In either case, uninstall pic2shop and try again. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: October 25, 2011 7:21 PM | | | | Did you try a hard reboot of your iOS device first to see if that clears up your DVD Profiler iOS app problem? Hold down the "Sleep/Wake" button for about 5 seconds and "slide to power off". After your iOS device powers off, hit the "sleep/wake" button again and the Apple logo will appear and reboot the device. When it starts up again, see if you can launch DVD Profiler for iOS. If it still hangs, you may have to uninstall in and reinstall. If you have a current backup of the PC desktop version of Profiler, you shouldn't lose any data. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
