| Posted: | | | | A few days ago I added "My Name is Earl: Die komplette Serie" (4010232054777) to my ordered list.
So far this item is not known in the online database. So I had to enter the title & locality in the "Add by UPC" screen.
I did not contribute it.
Today the item arrived.
I scanned the barcode and it told me it still doesn't know it. I had to enter title and locality all over again.
Only then it told me it had sucessfully moved the item from "Ordered" to "Owned".
If this title were to be known by the online DB it would have been moved from Ordered to Owned immediately.
As I said, just a small glitch, no 2012 level event. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

I had forgotten that I had already entered it? That's why I only create the profiles for my DVDs when I get them |

I pre-enter all DVDs I order to keep track, and when I arrive I know they must already be in the collection. Can't forget, because it becomes a standard procedure. | | | Hans |
