My statistics (found here http://www.invelos.com/MyProfiler.aspx?display=onlinecollection ) say that I have 570 DVD Total/Own. But in my Profiler there are 554 + 9 without number = 563 which is showed in the transfer window too.

Bug?

Mine is also wrong. It says:

Total DVDs:  1,075
Owned: 1,074
Ordered: 1
Wishlist: 0

But I actually only have 1062 owned (and 1 ordered).

For what it is worth, mine shows I own 1331 and I actually own 1309.

Gotta think that it is a bug that will get worked out.

I noticed this as well.  After a bit of research, the statistics are correct. What is wrong is that duplicate entries showing for numerous DVDs.

Assassin, look at collections numbers 4, 8 , 59, 101, 147, 177, and 259. These are duplicated when I look at your collection online.

Thanks greyghost, didn't see them!

What shall we do? I uploaded an emtpy database and then my 563 titles but the problem still exists.

Good spot Greyghost.

Wihle checking out the duplicates, I noticed that the sort order is screwy as well. For example: "U-Turn" is showing after "Usual Suspects", "XIII" comes before "X-Men" and "Your Friends & Neighbors" comes before "You've Got Mail". In the program, they sort correctly (same order as the collection numbers). Weird!

I found out something:

Remove the doubled dvd from your local profiler and upload it. If you look at your statistics the total DVD count will drop by 2 instead of 1! Now add the dvd to your local database and upload the complete thing again. Now the count raised by 1 as it should and the doubled dvd is gone!

I managed to do this on 5 of 7 doubled dvd, the other two are still there

EDIT: Got it now.

Just edit your profile and upload it, the double will be gone.

Not working for me Assassin. Worked on one title but not the others I tried and I also ended up with further duplicates by doing this, so now I'm up to nearly 1,100!

Take No. 6 in my collection (13 Going on 30). If I edit it from Special Edition to Collector' Edition, then when I upload, it isn't duplicated. But if I then change it back to Special Edition, it's duplicated again!

The thing is also that, as you said in your first post, when you go to sync in the program, the stats are correct. It's only the online stats that are whacky.

I had this problem with one dvd. Try to submit another disc id, origin or anything else and don't change it back (if it's correct of cause)

That worked, thank you.

On the ones that didn't have the Country of Origin, I added it. On the others that already had a Country of Origin added, I just added an extra space to the end of the Overview or to the Easter Eggs field.

Some of them were duplicated 4 times!

For what it is worth I just checked mine (I just did a bunch of new updates) and uploaded my collection.

I have 1309 and it now reads 1309.

I was having same problem and nothing I did would get it corrected.  I would backup, delete all dvds from local collection, upload empty online, restore backup and then update online collection.  Did this several times but online still did not match local collection.  Finally uninstalled program and reinstalled and restored db with backup and then uploaded online again and finally everything was straight.
