| Posted: | | | | "Make-up Design" qualifies for the "Make-up Artist" credit. As far as I'm concerned, the addition of the word "Creative" doesn't make it any less valid, so I'd still list it as "Make-up Artist". |

Completely agree, Make-up design is a valid role, and so is creative make-up design. Is a makeup artist, and I customize the role in this cases, like for Visual Effects supervisors, Makeup Department Head, Special Effects Coordinators and so on. | | | Updated List of Accepted Birth Years |

| Posted: | | | | Lets see alien you are focused incorrectly. Make-up artist, creative makeup design. Now maybe I am wrong here but I dint see makeup artist st all. The word artist is not even there, the word is design. So you are twisting to force your belief outside the rules. Just follow them should it be included, I would say yes, but is it included at this time, no. Use the custom role toxapture the role, then wait fir the program and/or the rules to catch up. What is hard or the big deal. Dont keep watering down the data to a meaningless state by shoehorning, we have enough of that now. You guys simply ant things your way when you want it, which is always right now, and you will pitch a fit if you cant get your way. Patience, just follow the rules and quit making life so difficult for yourself and everyone else.
Once again I repeat should we have it included...yes, is it now...no. | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it. Outta here

| Posted: | | | | No One provided that bit of info, gunnar. And this cell phone is not the easiest ,platform to deal with. Based on that piece of info then I would concur. It waters down the data but ok. | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it. Outta here

| Posted: | | | | from the rules- If someone is not credited with one of these roles (or direct translations of these roles), do not include them in the Crew section.
It doesn't specify that the translation has to be from a foreign language, just a translation. I would say that Creative Make-up Design is a translation to Make-up Design (which is a general role discription). |

It would help to know what film we are talking about here, as knowing might change my opinion as to which credit...Make-up artist or Make-up effects...it should be but, in general, I agree with T!M here. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
