Anchorman & Anchorman 2.

Just won't be the title after they release it without the J-slip. But that will be a future issue.

I'm talking about the new buyers. Trying to add the Box set title from the spline since that's all there will be for a title.
Nothing ever stays black and white. Look long and hard enough there is always a work around.

I'd actually go with "Anchorman 1 & 2" since it's the only title on the outer case that's a permanent part of the packaging. Don't know if there's been an applicable ruling about something like this. I personally consider the J-Card part as I would a sticker, but I guess I'm fine with either title.

The J-card issue has come up before pretaining to 'is it a slip cover' 'media types listed on it' 'UPC listed on it' and now title that differs from actual case on it. Nothing has been decided from Ken, just alot of different ideas from forum threads.

On the store shelf it's complete, but once you take the wrapper off it's a different looking product. I don't own any J-card releases, but probably will in the future. So getting a handle on all the issues with it now would probably be a good thing. There seems to be more of these J-card products being produced.

There's actually precedence for the whol J-card issue.

Often when there's a very special release (may it be a collector's edition or a complete series set) and it comes in a really fancy packaging, there's most of the time just a paper attached to it, that carries the UPC and some other info. It was this way with the SEEs and the CEs of Lord of the Rings, it was this way with the (German) Indiana Jones box, it was this way with my US Friends box, my German Babylon 5 box and so on and so forth.

I don't know what other people do with these sheets, if they fold them and put them in the box, if they leave them attached, if they just throw them away - but they're always the official scan in the database.

I just wanted to point out what we do in other cases (pun not intended).

My suspicion is that a 10-page argument over such an issue would only serve to make the Coles shake with laughter - as it would any sane outsider.
