Hi,
Since a couple of weeks I get an access violation in module dvdpro.exe at address 00872AFE when I start DVD Profiles (on Win10-64). Afterwards DVD Profiler starts fine.
Any idea? I couldn't find this in the forum.

Thanks,
Rene

Did you get any feedback on this issue? I'm having the same problem suddenly.  Tried un/reinstalling & restoring into a clean database, but it didn't help.

Thanks,
Chris

Try disabling any DVD Profiler plug-ins you may have running.

Hi,
No I didn't receive any feedback on this and the issue is still there.
I unchecked all the plugins but that didn't help.

Not until now that I noticed DVD Profiler shows no longer the correct IPv4-address of the LAN adapter but the "autoconfiguration IPv4-address of the Ethernet adapter Virtual-Box only network" (according to the output of the Windows IPconfig command), but I wonder if that has anything to do with this issue.
By-the-way: the DVD Profiler sync of my Android device to Windows (using the correct IP-address) still runs fine.

I hope the new version will solve this issue.

Regards,
Rene

Hello,

Have you tried to start DVD Profiler as Administrator to see if it solves the issue? It could be an issue of rights to modify/read registry settings of DVD Profiler.
Regards
Cyrille

Hi,

Yes, that did the trick!
I don't know why and how this has been changed overtime but it is solved when running DVD Profiler as Administrator.

Thanks & regards,
Rene
