i cant add a dvd collection

Im trying to add a box of dvds to the collection but it keeps saying the ean is incorrect any ideas how to complete this

It may be saying the EAN is unrecognised. Which would mean it isn't currently in the database.

The dvd collection is from a super market
and the bar code used i think is for store use
Barcode number is M9494414S
not sure about upc

That's not the code to use. What's the actual collection?

The code you need is normally 13 digits. Something like 5039036042222.

If that's all it has then you can't put it into DVDProfiler.
If it's just a few films shrink-wrapped together, it probably doesn't have an official DVD barcode.

We can't really be of any more help unless you tell us exactly what it is.

For now just a description of what it is would help.
What is in the collection? What super market did you buy it from?
Does this collection have a name? Is it just a bundle of DVDs in shrinkwrap?

If we had more information we might be able to help.

Looks like they are probably a repackage of these DVDs.


Are they all in one DVD case/box or in 5 separate DVD cases?

If they have individual barcodes (for Voumes 1-5) they could be entered that way.
