problem when I restore my database

Hello,

I have some problem, My disk crashed so I have to restore my database that I back up online
I restore all my films it's ok but I have not any image for them, it s my first problem

I don't find also my layout, it was specially created by one member of the forum, but I dont find my differents messages about that

I have 2 files names my layout.dpl and my layout1.dpl on a backup (external key ), how can I restore them

Can you help me please ?
The most important is to restore the image

Bad news; the online collection is not meant as a backup. You should have used File -> Backup Database from the menu, and saved your backup on another disk or another device (like an USB stick). Not that this is info will help you right now, but have it in mind for the future.

Online -> Refresh All Images from the menu should hopefully restore the images from Invelos' online database. If you had any cover images that you had scanned yourself (or download from somewhere else), then you're out of luck, I'm afraid.

PS: If you using the French translation of Profiler, those menu items would be
Fichier -> Sauvegarder la base de données
and
En ligne -> Refraichir toutes les images
respectively.

And if the files on you collection are more than 4 GB with images then you shut got a NTFS Harddrive not
FAT 32 Harddrive. To Backup your collection with
