Is there a way to refresh all profiles and images at once?
I think I changed some of my profiles so the data isn't accurate any more.

Images: Yes. Menu Online|Refresh All Images

Profiles: Not that I am aware of. But all profiles with changes made by you should have the "Changes Made" logo in the General window activated. So, a quick scroll through all profiles my reveal those and allow for quick one-by-one update.

Click the button with the green arrow pointing down in the toolbar on the top of your screen (so NOT the green arrow in any individual profile). DVDP will then scan your collection for any changes in comparison with the Invelos database, and come up with a list covering both profiles and images. You can preview them individually, but you can also click OK to have them all installed at once.

Use CTRL + A to flag all profiles (or just manually flag the profiles that you believe are suspect), then go to the top menu option: Collection -> Flagged -> Refresh and select the appropriate items (profile and/or images.)
If you've set any locks, you should set or clear any as you require - locked items are not refreshed.

Thanks, but when I flag some profiles and look in Collection -> Flagged -> I can only choose from 'Move To..' , 'Edit FLags...' , 'Edit Locks..' , 'Last Watched' , 'Remove from collection' , 'Contribute..' and 'Adjist pricies...'
No 'Refresh' option there.
BTW I am using version 3.1.0 build 1151

menu tools > options > utilities > reset all menus
right click some titles and choose flag
menu collection > flagged > refresh (at bottom) > check all 3 boxes

if it is not there download the latest beta at the beta release testing forum in the thread Version 3.1.1 Beta Now Available at page 4 in the middle:
DVDProInstall.3.1.1.1168.zip

You could also have sorted by Last Edited: Descending; View Last Edited;
then you can set all flags above. if you know the date  you might have messed something up,
