| | Posted: | | | | With changing to Invelos 3.0, a new computer and from XP to Vista and my online collection stays online. Going from online->dvd profiler online->username/pw->next...the downloadbutton cannot be activated. My online collection does still exist and local is empty. Disable firewall and popups doesn't work either. Anyone? |

If you just recently upgraded from 2.x: Either make a backup with 2.x and restore into 3.x or download your collection from the InterVocative server into 2.x, then make the backup and restore into 3.x. | | Posted: | | | | Like Ya-Shin says; your online database is in a totally different location than it was in 2.4 days so 9as per instructions) to move to 2.4 you need to do a proper Backup then Restore into 3.0 (download from online is, and was always meant to be, an emergency last ditch recovery procedure, not a proper backup method).
If you don't hae your old database locally you'll need to re-install 2.4, download from online (this is an emergency!) then, as above, backup and restore it into 3.0. | | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
