Sorry for starting with the request right away but I asked it before and it wasn't done.  When you do a backup or restore, the window with the progress bar isn't a child of the main form.  This means that if I want to switch to another application while my backup/restore is taking place I'm stuck with that progress bar in my face.

It is as useless as annoying to have "Always on top".

I must admit I was thinking the same thing when I was restoring the database to the new version, whilst trying to browse the new forums.

I agree.  It's a pain as it's "on top" and while the window is there you cannot read anything underneath it.

Am I the only one not having that problem...? I think I restored the 2.5 database three times yesterday and had no visbility problems while surfing the web during that time...
