| Posted: | | | | Hi-
I added new DVDs on my iPhone to Colllection #1. I also removed DVDs from Collection #2 on my iPhone. When I went to update/sync to my desktop, Collection #1 was updated with the new DVDs, but Collection #2 on my desktop did not change; the deleted DVDs were still there.
Has anyone else had this happen? Any recommendations?
Thanks, Michael |

| Posted: | | | | I only have one database on the desktop and the same one on the iPhone. Each has the same 3 collections (Owned, Ordered, and Wish List) in it. The terminology isn't always clear, because the command on the iPhone is "Update Collection," but I don't know if it's updating the entire database or just one particular collection, e.g., Owned. Is there someway to control which collection gets updated? |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks--this clarifies how it's supposed to update. I still don't understand why the DVDs I deleted on my iPhone are still in my desktop collection of the same name even after updates. |

The DVDs that you deleted from one category were not the same ones that you added to the other category were they? | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | I tried to sync again, and I lost 100 titles from my Ordered collection. So I restored the database on my desktop, then opened up the iPhone app to sync. The sync worked and the iPhone data now matches the desktop. However, the "Send Changes" button on the iPhone is now set to "Off" and I cannot turn it on. Sharing is still enabled on my desktop.
What's going on?
I love this app, but it's behaving strangely. | | | Last edited: by michaeldk |
