Removing Disc in personal information page

If you accidentally press the 'Add Disk' button ... how can you remove that disc?  Nothing seems to work

Highlight the erroneously added disc and select "Remove Disc"

Go to the Discs page and use the "Remove Disc" button.

I have no idea what is a "Discs page", but just right click the profile and choose "Remove...."
