| Posted: | | | | Hi.
I have done several hundred contributions over the years, but none since 2015.
I now created some new profiles for the Norwegian locale of some movies. Usually I copy the American profile, since most of the info is the same. Then replace cover, and then add the changes for Norwegian locale.
All of them was declined this time :-( All with the same comment: http://invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=857427
I need some help here, have the rules changed, or I am suddenly doing something else wrong? I don't quite understand what more information is needed. |

Say something like 'Cast and Crew information copied from USA profile which can be found under the following EAN - 024543275985' | | | Last edited: by GreyHulk |

| Posted: | | | | I don't understand what is non-specific about jseleniu's contribution. The primary source is a different profile (which can be checked by simply c&p the UPC into the program), local-specific information comes from a local webstore. Everything is there. IMHO the fault is with the person who performed the screening. | | | Bye, Elwood |

| Posted: | | | | I agree with GreyHulk, your notes need to be a little more specific. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | Just resubmit with a little more elaborate contribution notes, as suggested by GreyHulk, and you'll be fine. |

In his contribution notes: Source: - Cover - cdon.no - UPC 024543275985 all sources are indeed provided. However, I believe the notes should also indicate what was specifically taken for each source, for instance: - Overview, Rating and Images from Cover - Release date and SRP from cdon.no - Cast and Crew from UPC 024543275985 |

| Posted: | | | | I agree... that is especially true when it comes to the cast and crew. They even mention it on the page when you contribute that they want to know where the cast and crew came from. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Okay, being a little more specific as Wigram suggested might be useful and help speed up the process. But IMHO a flat-out rejection is not justified because the person doing the screening has to work a little more (copy & paste the UPC to check the credits). Just add a comment à la "Please be more specific in the future"... | | | Bye, Elwood |

| Posted: | | | | Two things to keep in mind: - the screeners don't get money for their work - the contribution notes are stored for a long time. The more specific they are the the easier for future updates and cross checks. It is not enough, if it's clear for the sender and some of us, it should be clear for everyone. | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |

Today I discovered that my contributions was approved a couple of hours after I did start this thread, so maybe the screener changed his mind :-) |
