jane doe
jane doe
jane doe

Guest Starring
jane doe

Do we add group Dividers where it says Guest Starring and Co-Starring?

Although it is not clearly mentioned in the rules, I'd vote NO.
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)

No. We only include dividers if it adds needed information such as in Back to the Future Part II where's the credits are divided up into time zones or Gone With The Wind where the credits are divided up into similar sections covering the various locations.

From the rules regarding Dividers in Cast/Crew.

Quote:
Use Group dividers to designate cast grouped in the credits such as "Soldiers" or "Additional Cast".
"Cast", "In order of appearance" or other similar headers at the start of the credits should not be entered.

One could say that it fits the first part since it says such as for "Additional Cast" could also mean Guest Starring/Co-Starring.

I guess one could say that a single actress doesn't qualify as a group.

If that's the case, then I would have to say No, it doesn't qualify for a Group Divider.

I have done it because that is how the rules are written.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

I think those headings should be included, and I have seen a fair few database entries that include them, mostly TV shows which have the main cast with other supporting cast members listed separately.
I  would say that within the borders of the rules make a judgment call as to whether you think the dividers add to the quality of the information or not.
