| Posted: | | | | Occasionally when I am editing a title I'll get this message violation.,, but all other titles I am editing (sort name), and working on will be fine, when repeated to the same title , I get same violation , but after I log out of the program and back in again it won't happen. ? This has happened with the 3.1.1 build 1171 program . any ideas what the violation contents and name means?? | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. I have a box set of movies -that are 7 in total., (Roots 1 and 2) ., I am using the 'sort title' of naming the ID discs or children of, Roots1 and Roots2 etc.., every time I use the sortname Roots1 I got that violation.,but the other 6 no problem.., I kept going back to the first disc and it kept coming up., I then closed off came back logged in and reopened Invleos and went back to the same disc title and sorted it Roots1 and it was fine.. There is my scenario .. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | You can try the following workaround, select another title, than reselect the title you wish to edit.
This usually works for me. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

If you get an access violation when you edit a dvd, select the DVD below the one you are editing. Then select the first one again. Usually the access violation is gone then. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | That's right.., that is how I managed to 'skipby' the violation.., (poor choice of word.. ) anyway.., the point of my post was of course.. why ?? But thanks for the reply back .. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | I see this violation is still with us, build 1240 .. Always during editing of a title .,
It pops up, and when you click off the title and back again the change is there.. But it never used to do this quite a few builds back.. Perhaps it can be traced and fixed for the next build.. ?? | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | Yesterday when I added many new movies to my collection, I got access violation error many times. It has happened randomly always, but now with 3.5 this happens more often.
I am not 100% sure (I don't have DVDP awailable just now), but those errors seem to pop up when I'm editing profiles that are not in online database. Error comes after pressing OK. |
