In the version with Brendan Fraser, the profile I have list all of their roles on one line. However, all of the roles won't fit.

I can't do screencaps, but I'll replicate how the end credits look below.

Currently the profile display the following

Orlando Jones as Dan/Esteban/Beach Jock/Sportscaster/Afri
Paul Adelstein as Bob/Roberto/Beach Jock/Sportscaster/Linc


I was thinking of doing one of two things.

1. As in the current, but add a second entry for them to include the roles that won't fit into one field.
IE:
Orlando Jones as Dan/Esteban/Beach Jock/Sportscaster/
Orlando Jones as African Party Guest
Paul Adelstein as Bob/Roberto/Beach Jock/Sportscaster/
Paul Adelstein as Lincoln Aide


2. Divide the roles into one field apiece.
IE:
Orlando Jones as Dan
Orlando Jones as Esteban
Orlando Jones as Beach Jock
Orlando Jones as Sportscaster
Orlando Jones as African Party Guest
etc.


Which is the best way to handle this in your opinion?

Note the difference between Frances O'Connor's role name ("Alison/Nicole") and the others - I feel this approach is the most accurate reflection of these different credits we can reach in DVD Profiler. Oh, and while you're at it: don't forget Frances O'Connor's birth year (click!)... 

Agreed. #2 seems to be the correct way of doing it.

I thought it had been agreed that we should be using #2 for this situation?
(I.e what people have said).

It used to be that roles had to be on one line - but the system was changed so we could use more than 1 line.
