I have no experince about this, but what is good is that they have a kind of "Treuhand" service (trustee relationship ?), means you pay not direct to the seller, but to Xjuggler, so if you don't get the DVD you get your money back.
But I didn't find something about shipment to USA. Perhaps it depends on the seller. |

Another possibility is cyber-pirates.org They operate from Austria and have (based on around six orders from me) a good service, but at the moment the DVD for "Die Todesparty" costs around 22€ and is on backorder (Link: http://www.cyber-pirates.org/index.php?sid=78d076f7ea5fe044880d8a012abd0e28&cl=details&cnid=&anid=433824afdbe96537f04.57673784 ) and shipment costs for locations other than germany or austria have to be asked by e-mail.
